A longer session with faster delivery time and the possibility for special effect edits. The extra time allows for more variation in location of the photos and the possibility to try more poses! Premium slots can either be booked by combining three consecutive slot times, or be booked outside of the suggested time slots. Wednesday evening is also available.
The package is available for groups of 1-4 cosplayers.

Want photos of your cosplay group? The standard package can be extended to duos for + 250 sek, this will also include one extra edited photo. For larger groups, consider a premium slot or booking two consecutive slots.

What is included in the editing?
Color grading, changes to light and contrast
If needed: removal of convention bracelet, small cleanup of wig, makeup, costume and background
* Special effects need to be mentioned during booking so that I can make sure that they're feasible to achieve, amount of edited photos depends on the complexity of the effect. For examples click here.
** Prioritized editing means that you will receive previews of your photos before the event is over and once you have made your selection your photos will be the first ones to be edited.
General Information
Where will the session take place?
For most sessions, we will take the photos outside close to the convention grounds. From my years of working at this specific event, I know several spots and can help make a suggestion suited to your character. If you have any special requests let me know! We will decide on a preliminary location before the event, and before your session I will make sure that the location still is available for use this year. We will typically meet up next to one of the gates to the event.
When will I get the photos?
Previews of all successful photos will be sent out within 2 weeks of the event. You can choose which photos I edit. The edited photos will be sent to you within 6 weeks of your selection. If you request additional images or advanced edits, the editing time may be longer.
How can I use the photos?
Photos are for personal use, this includes self-promotion, sharing on (your own) social media and printing the photos for you or your friends. (Note however that the images will only be adapted to look good on screens). If you wish to re-sell the photos (in digital or printed form) or use them to promote goods or services, please contact me and we can make an arrangement!
Photos may be used by me to promote future editions of the event, on this website or on social media. If shared on social media , you will be tagged.
Payment
Payment is done through bank transfer after the event. An invoice will be sent out by email after the event, at the same time as your preview photos. You have one month to pay it. I am registered as a small business in Sweden and your home address will only be used for accounting purposes. Invoices can only be sent to adults, therefore you must be above 18 to book a slot. Payments from banks outside of Sweden is possible, but keep in mind that your bank may charge you an additional fee.
It is not possible to pay in cash or swish.
Cancellation policy
Things happen and sometimes you can't make it to your time! If you need to reschedule I will do my best to find a new time that works for you, but it will not always be possible. Cancellations are charged according to the following:
Before July 13th: free
From July 13th to 48 hours before your slot: Standard 250 sek, Premium 550 sek
48 to 2 hours before your slot: Standard 450 sek, Premium 950 sek
Later (No-show): fully charged
In the case of heavy rain, the session will be rescheduled or cancelled without additional cost.
