Rules in Swedish available here!
A. Location Rules
These rules apply to the specific location for the event on September 13th.
A.1. No Fire or Smoke
The fire alarm on site is sensitive, so to avoid accidentally triggering it, it is prohibited to use smoke machines, effect sprays, hairsprays, vapes, cigarettes, all types of open flames, etc. If you accidentally or intentionally set off the fire alarm, you will be required to pay the emergency response cost of SEK 15,000.
A.2. Don't touch the walls!
The wallpapers are sensitive and can be damaged if touched. Also, don't lean props or equipment against them. Be careful if you have a large costume or equipment so you don't accidentally hit things.
A.3. No access to the attic
We don't have access to the attic on site and it is not allowed to go up there.
A.4. The event is not responsible if anything breaks
It is important that we show respect for the place we have access to! Keep an eye on your surroundings so that nothing gets damaged. If you damage the location in any way, the responsibility for any repair costs lies with you.
B. Rules for the event
These rules apply to all our events
B.1. Respect other participants
Treat all other participants with respect. Be considerate if another participant also wants to use a location you're occupying. Respect if a participant is not comfortable with certain types of poses, themes, characters, etc.
B.2. The event is not responsible for your belongings
You are responsible for your equipment, costume and other personal belongings. Remember to look after them so that you do not forget anything after the event! Some places are also open to the public, keep an extra eye on your valuables there!
B.3. All photo sessions are free
It is not allowed to charge in any way for photo sessions that take place during the event.
B.4. Deliver photos to those you've worked with
As a photographer, you are expected to share the photos you take with the people you've photographed during the event. You're expected to be able to deliver photos within 6 months of the event (but preferably sooner!). Be respectful if someone you photographed does not feel comfortable with a photo you've taken.
As a cosplayer, if you have not received any photos from a person you've worked with during the event, reach out to the photographer in question. If you still get no response, contact the event!
B.5. Mention of the event
When you share photos from the event, the event must be mentioned in the description/byline. If you tag us on Instagram, we will also make sure to share the photo in our feed!
B.6. Registration fee
Your registration is not approved until you have paid the registration fee. The registration fee is entirely dedicated to the costs of running the event. We are therefore unable to refund the fee if you for any reason cannot attend. If you cannot attend, contact us and we will do our best to find a replacement for you. If we find a replacement, half the fee will be refunded.
B.7. 18-year limit
To apply and participate in the event, you must be 18 years of age or older. Unfortunately, we do not make exceptions for this.
B.8. Cancelled event
The event will not reimburse any travel or accommodation costs if the event has to be cancelled for any reason.
The event will only take place if we receive a sufficient number of participants.
