Redigering inkluderar ändringar till ljus och färger, borttagning av störande element i bakgrunden, och små justeringar av peruk, dräkt och smink.
Är ni en duo eller grupp? För extra cosplayare tillkommer ett tillägg på 250 sek, men då ingår även en extra redigerad bild!

Allmänna villkor
Här är de allmänna villkoren som gäller för en bokad fotografering. Genom att boka en tid med mig så godkänner du dessa. Om du har frågor går det alltid bra att kontakta mig!
I villkoren används följande benämningar:
Fotografen - jag som utför fotograferingen
Beställaren - du som bokat en tid med mig.
Bilderna - de förhandsvisningar samt redigerade bilder från den aktuella fotograferingen som fotografen delar med beställaren.
Bokning och avbokning
Fotografen har rätt att neka en bokning utan att behöva ange skäl. Fotografen har rätt att ställa in bokningen vid exempelvis dåligt väder, sjukdom, eller andra yttre omständigheter. Beställaren har inte rätt till någon kompensation om bokningen ställs in.
Beställaren behöver vara över 18 år gammal för att få boka en tid.
Avbokning:
8-14 dagar innan avtalad tid: 60 procent av offererat belopp
8-14 dagar innan avtalad tid: 60 procent av offererat belopp
3-7 dagar innan avtalad tid: 80 procent av offererat belopp.
1-2 dagar innan avtalad tid: 100 procent av offererat belopp.
Betalning
Betalning sker via banköverföring på faktura till beställaren. Fakturan skickas via epost efter att fotograferingen har genomförts. Fakturan har 30 dagars betaltid. Jag är registrerad för F-skatt och fakturerar med 0% moms.
Leverans av bilder
Lågupplösta, oredigerade förhandsvisningar av bilderna skickas av fotografen till beställaren inom 1 vecka efter fotograferingen. Beställaren får då möjlighet att välja vilka bilder hen vill se redigerade. Fotografen levererar de högupplösta, redigerade bilderna inom en månad från att beställaren gjort sitt urval av bilder. Vanligtvis sker leverans inom 1-2 veckor.
Rättigheter till bilderna
Beställaren har rätt att använda bilderna för personligt bruk. Det inkluderar delning i (egna) sociala medier och att skriva ut bilderna åt sig själv eller någon närstående.
Beställaren får inte använda bilderna i kommersiella syften utan att i förväg ha kommit överens om det med fotografen. Som kommersiella syften räknas bland annat användning i annonser, försäljning av utskrifter och att dela bilderna mot betalning (till exempel via hemsidor som Patreon). Beställaren får inte heller sälja eller ge vidare rättigheterna till bilden till en tredje part utan fotografens medgivande.
Fotografen har upphovsrätten till bilderna och har rätt att dela dem i sina sociala medier och portfolio. Personer på bilderna har rätt att bli namngivna vid sådana publiceringar.

Editing includes changes to lighting and colors, removal of distracting elements in the background, and small adjustments to wig, costume and makeup.
Are you a duo or group? For each additional cosplayers there is an additional charge of 250 sek, in which an extra edited image is also included!

General terms and conditions
Here are the general terms and conditions that apply to a booked photo session. By booking a photo session with me, you accept these. If you have any questions, you can always contact me!
The following terms are used in the terms and conditions:
The photographer - I who take the photos
The client - you who have booked an appointment with me.
The images - the previews and edited images from the current photo session that the photographer shares with the client.
Booking and cancellation
The photographer has the right to refuse a booking without having to state a reason. The photographer has the right to cancel the booking in the event of, for example, bad weather, illness, or other external circumstances. The client is not entitled to any compensation if the booking is cancelled.
The client must be over 18 years old to book a photo session.
Cancellation fees:
8-14 days before the agreed time: 60 percent of the quoted amount
3-7 days before the agreed time: 80 percent of the quoted amount.
1-2 days before the agreed time: 100 percent of the quoted amount.
Payment
Payment is made via bank transfer on invoice to the client. The invoice is sent via email after the photo session has been completed. The invoice has a 30-day payment period. I am registered as a small business in Sweden and invoice with 0% VAT.
Delivery of images
Low-resolution, unedited previews of the images are sent by the photographer to the client within 1 week of the photo session. The client is then given the opportunity to choose which images they want to see edited. The photographer delivers the high-resolution, edited images within one month of the client making their selection of images. Usually the delivery is faster, within 1-2 weeks, though this may vary.
Rights to the images
The client has the right to personal use of the images. This includes sharing on (their own) social media and printing the images for themselves or someone close to them. The client may not use the images for commercial purposes without prior agreement with the photographer. Commercial purposes include use in advertisements, sale of prints, and sharing the images for payment (for example via websites such as Patreon). The client may also not sell or transfer the rights to the image to a third party without the photographer's consent. The photographer has the copyright to the images and has the right to share them in their social media and portfolio. The client has the right to be named (e.g. tagged) if the images are shared on social media.
